This is a short notice to clarify regarding to the FACEMASK IMPORTATION as we are continuously receiving the enquiries.
The facemask of any sorts are prohibited for an importation (regardless of any purposes) through Air service from Korea due to the restriction by the Customs Korea.
If any sorts of facemask is bought online by ignoring the restriction on facemasks, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER but be taken away by Customs Korea if the inspection at Incheon depot is arranged.
Please note for your future importation that our office in Korea (PIK) and Pin Cargo LTD cannot help you regarding the loss of the facemasks and any costs involved.

현재 저희 측으로 마스크를 개인 택배화물로 수령할 수 있는지에 대한 문의가 계속 와서, 아래와 같이 정리해서 안내해드립니다.
마스크 제품을 개인이름 (개인 사용 목적)으로 항공 택배로 받는 것은 한국세관의 규제로 인하여 수령이 불가능합니다.
위와 같은 규정을 무시하고 마스크 주문 및 발송 후, 인천 창고에서 화물 검사 시에 마스크가 포함된 화물 혹은 마스크만 들어있는 화물이 적발될 경우, 화물 반송처리는 되지 않으며 저희 결정과 상관없이 인천 화물창고와 세관 협의로 처리가 되는점 참고 부탁드리겠습니다.
이로 인하여 저희 한국 사무실 (PIK) 및 PIN CARGO 에서는 마스크 구매를 하신 구매 비용 포함 어떠한 금전적인 보상이 이뤄질 수 없는점 안내해드리는 부분이며, 추후 택배 진행 시에 반드시 유의 부탁드립니다.
